The 8 Pieces of Brocade
This one-hour workshop will introduce the 8 pieces of brocade, eight separate exercises that provide benefits for flexibility, concentration, breathing and coordination. The work can be done seated or standing and is a wonderful introduction to the world of Tai Chi or as a complement to your current practice. All levels are welcome and encouraged.
